My reason for seeking Carl’s services initially, was having reached an age and stage in my life where I wanted a change in direction for my exiting work lifestyle.

Specifically this involved a career change (after nearly 40 years) from my existing job and hopefully a move into teaching and volunteering work, whilst also cutting back on the number of hours worked.

I am now running a small, but reasonably successful teaching business. Which has turned a hobby into paid work. Whilst my work/ lifestyle balance is the best it has ever been.
